# 3: It's Not About The Bike

also known as ... el libro de Lance. Bueno despues te que dos personas lo lean antes de mi :) por fin pude leer mi regalo de navidad!!

The book was a quick read. By the way, I didn't finish the Coffee, Tea or Me book. I sort of got sick of it, especially when I discovered that the book was ghost written. And all of this was before the "Million Little Pieces" scandal ... I digress, back to the matter at hand.

Lance. He is a hard-headed, son of a bitch, that really tolerates (or shall we say enjoys) pain.

Bike Riding. You need to really like it to do it.

Cancer. Fucking sucks. But if it happens, you need to fight through it. Interesting the words of a cancer survivor to Lance when diagnosted - "You don't know it yet, but we are the lucky ones". Really gives you a perspective on life - how do you find a way to live like that without one of these life threatingthings happening to you. I don't know?

Groso.

Anyway, there is a bit more there, but not much more there.

I am moving on the stack of books that are lining my shelves. Some good stuff ... will keep you posted.
